Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce a position for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. If you are passionate about supporting learners and educators in their journey with e-learning solutions, this is the role for you. As a customer service representative, you will be instrumental in assisting students and institutions with their inquiries, helping them make the most of our educational services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, course offerings, and enrollment processes via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian. Provide guidance on technical issues and assist users in navigating online learning tools. Support students and educators with course selection, scheduling, and account management. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with educational teams to relay customer feedback and enhance the user experience. Stay updated on new educational products and features to offer informed support. Fluency in Latvian (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Strong communication skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor. Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer care. Ability to manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
