Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about energy solutions and committed to excellent customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients and customers in navigating their inquiries, providing vital support in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding oil and gas services, pricing, and industry regulations via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian. Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and account management. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their services and accounts. Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with technical and administrative teams to resolve customer issues. Stay informed about industry developments to keep customers updated and informed. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, particularly in the energy or oil & gas sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
