Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a role for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives within the finance industry. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are not only passionate about finance but also enjoy helping customers navigate their financial inquiries. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with a variety of inquiries and ensuring they receive excellent support in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide guidance on services such as loans, accounts, and investment options. Assist customers with account access problems, transaction inquiries, and complaint resolution. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Work closely with various financial departments to address customer issues effectively. Stay informed about financial regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, ideally in the finance sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear explanations to customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to excellent service. Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial software.
