Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a vacancy for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and beverages and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries while delivering support in Latvian, ensuring they have a pleasant experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide information regarding product availability, nutritional information, and preparation instructions. Assist with order management, including processing, tracking, and resolving issues. Address customer complaints and feedback effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food & beverage industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide friendly and helpful service. Problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications.
