This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting clients in navigating their healthcare needs. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they receive the assistance they require in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and insurance processes through phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide clear and accurate information about treatment options, referrals, and patient support services. Assist patients in managing their accounts and resolving issues in a timely manner. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up. Stay informed about company offerings and healthcare policies to answer questions accurately. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM applications.
