This position offers an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about travel and customer service. In this role, you will support clients by providing tailored assistance, helping them make the most of their hospitality experience, and ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, and tourism services in Latvian via phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed information about destinations, activities, and hospitality options. Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive attitude. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and service improvement. Work collaboratively with hotel partners and tour operators to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay informed about local attractions, events, and hospitality trends to provide insightful recommendations. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or other languages is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing travel inquiries. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
