Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer support. As a representative, you will engage with clients in Latvian, assisting them with technical inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to IT products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide troubleshooting assistance, technical support, and guidance on product usage. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and billing questions. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely and constructive manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution. Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and enhancements to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the Information Technology sector. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
