This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and logistics solutions. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure a seamless service experience in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services, including shipping, tracking, and order management via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers. Assist customers with the booking process, modifications, and cancellations of logistics services. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and address customer needs effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide the best support to customers. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
