Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and technology and enjoy helping learners access the resources they need. As a customer service representative, you will communicate with students, educators, and clients in Latvian, providing guidance and support regarding our educational products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, courses, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide assistance with account setup, course enrollment, and technical troubleshooting. Guide customers in utilizing our platforms effectively to enhance their learning experience. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the education support team to resolve issues and improve services. Stay informed about new educational products, features, and best practices in e-learning. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer support. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with e-learning tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
