Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives specializing in the Real Estate industry. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for real estate and enjoy assisting clients with their property needs. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Latvian, providing them with support and guidance through their property-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding real estate listings, sales, and rental processes via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide information on available properties, market trends, and pricing. Assist clients with scheduling viewings, processing applications, and navigating the buying or renting process. Resolve any issues or queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up. Collaborate with real estate agents and other internal teams to provide comprehensive support to clients. Stay informed about local market conditions and real estate regulations to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to handle client concerns effectively. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize workload efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and a good understanding of real estate processes.
