Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a vacancy for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Renewable Energy industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sustainable energy solutions and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist clients and potential customers in navigating their inquiries related to renewable energy products and services, all while communicating effectively in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding renewable energy solutions, including solar, wind, and energy efficiency programs via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Educate customers on products, services, and incentives related to renewable energy. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to energy services. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers. Stay current on industry trends and developments in renewable energy to better assist clients. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or utility sectors. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with customers. Problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
