Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience through your communication skills in Latvian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and order status via phone, email, and chat in Latvian. Provide assistance with product selection, returns, exchanges, and complaints. Ensure customers are informed about current promotions, sales, and service updates. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Stay updated on retail products and market trends to provide informed recommendations. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
