This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about online communication and helping users maximize their social media experience. As a representative, you will provide support and guidance to users, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience on our platforms. Key Responsibilities Assist users with inquiries related to social media accounts, features, and functionalities via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian. Guidance on best practices for content creation, engagement, and utilizing platform tools effectively. Resolve account issues, including login problems, account suspensions, and content violations. Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to provide customers with updated information and support. Stay informed about the latest social media trends and platform updates to better assist users. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or technology sector. Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive demeanor. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Adapts quickly to changes in social media trends and platform features. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
