This role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer support while helping clients navigate their telecommunications options. You will communicate with customers in Latvian, ensuring effective and responsive service that meets their needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services, products, and plans via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian. Provide information on service features, pricing, and account management. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all interactions and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex issues and facilitate solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed customer support. Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
