Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to identify their specific needs and business goals through detailed consultations. Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and maximize their potential. Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless implementation of solutions and ongoing support. Conduct training sessions to enable clients to fully utilize our products and services. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed guidance to clients. Fluency in Latvian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred. Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about new technologies and solutions.
