Key Responsibilities Consult with Latvian-speaking clients to identify their business needs and challenges. Design and propose tailored solutions that effectively address client requirements. Act as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations and insights based on client goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and ongoing client support. Conduct training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our products effectively. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to offer informed guidance. Fluency in Latvian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
