In this role, you will provide outstanding technical assistance to Latvian-speaking customers, addressing various inquiries related to innovative technology products and services. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional technical support to Latvian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues concerning the company’s technology products and services. Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system. Participate in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products and improve support capabilities. Provide valuable feedback to enhance service processes and overall customer satisfaction. Assist in training and onboarding new team members when necessary. Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience in technical support or IT is an advantage but not mandatory. A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. A team-oriented approach with a genuine desire to assist customers. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
