QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check
• Washington State driver?s license and proof of auto insurance
• Personal smartphone
• HCA or CNA license (or willingness to obtain HCA certification through our paid program)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Regular bending, stooping, reaching, walking
• Able to assist with safe transfers (surface to surface) using proper equipment
