What you’ll be doing: You’ll develop through a mix of digital learning, on-the-job training and opportunities that bring your ideas to life in meaningful ways Benefiting from the support of a dedicated career coach, who will help you create a personalised development plan and guide you towards achieving your full potential During the programme at Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia, you’ll gain valuable insight into an EJ200 operational environment, with a primary focus on Health and Safety, Quality and Delivery. Maintaining high standards in these key areas enables us to sustain our excellent relationship with the RSAF. The operations will include the following: HS&E Health, Safety & Environment – Journey to Zero Harm Quality Engineer/Control Forward Line & ML1 Engine’s Support ML2 Engine/Module Repair Logistics – Supply Chain & Asset Controller Who we’re looking for: You’ll have graduated or set to graduate in 2026 from the following subjects: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aviation/Aerospace Engineering A strong passion for the future of technology Being open-minded, curious and agile in your approach to work and career development Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
