Description
Franchise Launch Leader - Class 101 & Snapology      Job Summary  You are a performance-driven leader who thrives on measurable results. You’ll serve as the dedicated coach for new franchisees across Class 101 and Snapology—from pre-opening through their first two years—with a clear goal: get every location to monthly breakeven no later than month six. You’re comfortable flexing between two distinct business models: Class 101’s consultative, small-team college planning model and Snapology’s multi-channel STEM enrichment model. You tailor playbooks to each brand while holding a consistent standard for revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.   Responsibilities: * Drive each new franchise location—across both Class 101 and Snapology—to breakeven within six months of opening and sustained profitability by the end of year one; * Deliver measurable improvements in franchisee revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction across your dual-brand portfolio; * Identify underperforming centers early and implement action plans that improve results within 90 days; * Consistently meet or exceed system-wide KPIs tied to franchisee growth, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction for both brands. * Franchisee Onboarding: Lead initial training and onboarding for new franchisees on the franchise system, operational guidelines, and brand standards specific to each concept. * Pre-Opening & Launch Guidance: Ensure all pre-launch milestones are met, including system and vendor setup, goal setting, marketing planning, and staffing. * Readiness Assessments: Evaluate each franchisee’s operational and financial readiness prior to launch and close gaps before opening. * Milestone-Based Success Plans: Manage individualized 12-month coaching roadmaps with 30/60/90/180-day checkpoints tied to breakeven and profitability. * Intensive Operational Coaching (Months 1–6): Deliver daily to weekly hands-on coaching during the critical first three months post-opening. * Data-Driven Coaching: Review performance dashboards and financials to diagnose issues, benchmark performance within each brand cohort, and drive accountability. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Training, Marketing, and Operations across both brands to ensure franchisees have the tools and vendor support to execute. * Accountability & Escalation: Hold franchisees to clear performance expectations, implement structured recovery plans, and escalate persistent issues to brand leadership. * Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Identify operational or financial challenges early and work with franchisees on solutions. * Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and resource for new franchisees during their launch phase.   Skills/Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. * Experience: 1–3 years in business coaching, operations management, or a similar role, with a track record of guiding new businesses through launch and early growth. Franchise experience highly preferred; multi-brand or multi-concept experience a strong plus. * Communication: Clear, actionable verbal and written communication. * Financial Acumen: Strong command of P&L and cash flow management, with the ability to teach others to hit financial targets—especially breakeven. * Operational Excellence: Working knowledge of small business operations across service-based models: sales, marketing, staffing, scheduling, and customer service. * Coaching & Mentoring: Proven ability to educate, motivate, and empower business owners, adapting style to individual needs and different brand models. * Problem-Solving: Analytical and proactive. * Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with CRM and business software.   Perks * Paid bi-weekly * Company Paid Holidays * Flexible Paid Time Off * Paid Parental Leave * Multiple health care insurance plans that cover medical, dental, prescription, vision, and employer HSA contributions * Competitive 401(k) Program with employer matching contributions * Daily dress code of "business casual" * A positive work environment * And much, much more   Company Description Unleashed Brands was founded to curate and grow a portfolio of the most innovative and profitable brands that help kids learn, play and grow.
