Job Description Provide regular status reporting to Country Plant Manager about operations project portfolio in respective country Perform cross-functional feasibility study (content and capacities) in RFQ phase in COO area Perform Project Management in COO area according to LEONI governance and standards. Plan and coordinate work packages of core team members in COO area to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines in COO area Control and validate cross functional outputs of work packages Follow, ensure and perform standardized Milestone and Gate Reviews of COO responsibility Qualifications Level of Education: Master degree / engineer Branch Of Study: Business management /project management/Industrial or equivalent Experience : at least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry Language : English is mandatory Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique Additional Information A competitive and tariff-based Salary.
