JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundromat Supervisor and Cleaning Supervisor (part-time) to make these positions 40 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and products is essential.
• Experience in laundry services or dry cleaning is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or inventory management are beneficial.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Conduct basic math for inventory management and cash handling if required for cashiering duties.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation.
