Description Job Title: Laundry Assistant Job Type: Full-time/Part-time The Laundry Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry is cleaned, pressed, and folded to company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to company standards Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines Inspect laundry for stains, tears, and damage Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized laundry area Assist with inventory management and ordering of laundry supplies Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Physical and Sensory Requirements: Moderate physical activity: Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet. Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time. Exposure to sound of washers/dryers.
