Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Assist Customers with the process of operating self service Laundry and respond to their queries.
• Process laundry within the timeframes by Washing, Drying, Folding and Ironing for our regular customers/ Clients
• To communicate effectively with the team
• Respond to phone enquires
• Ensure working area is kept clean and organized
• Provide good customer service at all times
• Update and maintain excel sheet and shop accounts

Requirements of the job:

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a shift based system
• Previous experience working in a Laundry
• Proven customer service experience
• Ironing and Dry cleaning experience
• Good Communication skills
• Tech Savy
