Laundry Assistant
2pm- 8pm 4 days a week
Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest laundry according to established procedures
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and machinery
- Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hotel or commercial laundry setting is preferred
- Familiarity with operating commercial laundry equipment is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
