JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facility, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment operation and maintenance is a plus.
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures.
• Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
• Inspect all items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly cleaning machines and work surfaces.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and garments.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
