REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment, fabrics, and cleaning chemicals.
• Physical ability to stand long hours and lift up to ~20 kg comfortably.
• Well‑organized with good time‑management skills and keen attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills in English (or local language) to follow instructions and interact.

• Sort laundry by color, fabric, and care instructions.
• Operate washers, dryers, pressing machines—load, unload, and monitor cycles.
• Treat stains and delicate items, perform minor repairs or sewing if needed.
• Fold, stack, tag, and prepare clean items for delivery or guest services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area and equipment.
• Track inventory of detergents, linens, and report replenishment needs.
• Communicate with housekeeping or guests regarding special laundry requests or issues.
• Report damaged items, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to supervisor.
