Laundry Attendant We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Laundry Attendant to support day-to-day laundry operations for both commercial and residential clients. Key Responsibilities Greet and liaise professionally with clients Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package commercial and residential laundry Press commercial and residential laundry as required Invoice clients, collect payments, and issue receipts Ensure the facility is kept clean and well organised at all times Coordinate with the driver regarding the collection and delivery of laundry Knowledge, Skills & Experience Proven experience as a laundry attendant or in a similar role Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundry equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Basic arithmetic skills and computer literacy Flexible and available to work weekends and on short notice Willingness to learn new systems and work as part of a team
