Ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry requests (regular & express). Monitor fabric care, stain treatment, and quality control standards. Train and guide laundry staff on SOPs and safety procedures. Manage inventory of linen, chemicals, and supplies. Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when required. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards. Prepare daily reports on laundry volume, costs, and performance. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in hotel laundry operations. Strong knowledge of fabric care, chemicals, and laundry machinery. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
