Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Laundry Executive to join our team in Lucknow, India. As a Laundry Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train laundry staff in daily operations and procedures Manage guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services according to department standards Ensure prompt and accurate handling of guest requests and staff laundry needs Maintain precise records of laundry lists and billing information Oversee the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with other departments to meet organizational goals Implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards in the laundry facility Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Assist in evaluating staff performance and attendance Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laundry operations Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Proven experience in laundry operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and motivate staff Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on meeting guest expectations Proficiency in record-keeping, billing, and inventory management Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in laundry operations Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and cleanliness Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Additional Information 4-5 year of experience in branded hotels.
