• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping Experience: 2 years (Preferred).
• Senior Living: 2 years (Preferred).
• Have excellent Leadership and Organizational skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
• Knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.

  The Laundry & Housekeeping Lead’s responsibilities include organizing daily work assignments, training, and motivating team members, and auditing cleanliness in private and public areas. They are also expected to assist in cleaning rooms and common areas as needed, to maintain service levels. To be successful in this role, a strong understanding of sanitation protocols is essential, and weekend availability is required
