ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Laundry Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our store. From processing laundry orders to liaising with B2B clients and retail customers, you’ll be the friendly face and efficient force behind our service. You’ll also use our POS system to manage transactions and support operational targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, process, and manage laundry and dry cleaning orders with accuracy and care
• Liaise professionally with B2B clients and retail customers, ensuring excellent service
• Operate a simple POS system for order tracking and payment processing
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and garment handling
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily performance targets
• Support a positive, fun, and engaging workplace culture
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a proactive mindset
