THE ROLE:

As a Laundry Services Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, dignity, and infection prevention for our residents. Working under the guidance of the Home Services Manager, you will be responsible for the safe handling, cleaning, finishing, and distribution of laundry to support a homely environment while meeting Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) requirements.
Your work will directly support Lynhales Hall’s Dementia strategies, helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home in a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
