What You Will Do Analyzing and entering data from PAR requisitions, internal requisitions, miscellaneous issues and returns. Entering purchase requisitions for Storeroom and Print Shop. Process all Print Shop jobs (print from email, create and update forms, maintain and operate Print Shop equipment). Create new PARS, organize/ rearrange current PAR Carts, perform all edits to PAR carts. Work with Storeroom Inventory Coordinator on stockouts, adjusting stock levels, PAR level changes on departments PARS and other oracle inventory transactions. In the absence of Storeroom Inventory Coordinator, oversee department workflow and stats, provide work directives to department personnel, and serve as primary point of contact for escalated customer matters. Oversee mail sorting and distribution, relationship with couriers, assist in Storeroom and Receiving when needed. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. Education High School Equivalent / GED (Required) Work Experience 3+ years Supply Chain experience (Required) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Proficient oral and written communication skills. (Required proficiency) Stock room, inventory, hospital, and/or customer service experience. (Required proficiency) Demonstrated ability to use PCs and general office equipment (i.e. printers, copy machine, FAX machine, etc.). (Required proficiency) Experience with hand held computers. (Required proficiency) Knowledge of Oracle and how to look up part #’s. (Required proficiency) Must be have good performance and a leadership role. (Required proficiency) Must be able to coach others. (Required proficiency) Analytical thinking.
