Laundry Technician required for a Laundry Solutions Provider. Previous experience in Laundry Industry is a must
Skills Required : Understand Electrical schematics/diagram, Knowledge of using Clamp meter, Technical Acumen, English, Hindi/Urdu
1. investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems for laundry equipments.
2. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
3. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
4. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
5. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
6. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
