To provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times in accordance with Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi standards; to support the Assistant Manager – Laundry with assigned tasks and adapt to operational changes as required; to maintain a clean and organized workplace while monitoring supplies to reduce wastage; and to handle guest enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring proper follow-up to maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
