FOH DISHWASHER

Reports to: General Manager
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Status: Full-Time, Part-Time
Salary: $17.20 per hour
This is a fast-paced hospitality venue and we are seeking someone who learns quickly, independently and can provide a great customer experience. Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic individuals that possess elevated hospitality experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a food runner is highly preferred
  • Smart Serve required
  • Able to learn menu offerings quickly and relay all information
  • Great verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Able to work quickly and adapt on the go
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20KG and walk/stand for nearly the whole shift
  • Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business dictates
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
    Pay: $17.20 / hour

  • 10 hour shift

Responsibilities
  • Welcome each guest with a smile and friendly greeting
  • Help customers with orders by explaining dishes and drinks and making recommendations as appropriate
  • Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
  • Refill water and periodically check on guests to handle any issues promptly
  • Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards
  • Keep working area clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing storage areas, and emptying the garbage
  • Clean and reset tables
  • Have a full understanding of Food & Beverage offerings
