The Role We are currently seeking a Law Clerk to join our Sydney team for 3 days per week on a casual basis. The team works across a broad range of insurance litigation matters including financial lines (directors & officers, management liability and professional indemnity work), property, construction and statutory liability. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of duties to assist the solicitors such as legal research, drafting court documents, preparing communications for court attendances, completing discovery and other duties as required. The Successful Candidate The successful candidate will currently be in their final year of study towards a Bachelor of Laws and will be available to work 3 days per week. There is potential for this role to transition into a graduate position for 2027 so candidates seeking a graduate opportunity for next year are encouraged to apply.
