Broderick & Partners LLP has an immediate opening for an experienced Law Clerk/Legal Assistant to provide support in all areas of a Solicitor practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and have practical experience, specifically in Estates, and Wills & POA’s. You will be responsible for the handling of Client Files from open to close. You must be able to work independently but also work effectively in an office dynamic. Courteous telephone manner is required in dealing with clients and outside agencies.
Skills & Qualifications
Your experience in the use of the following software programs is considered an asset. However, training will be provided on office processes and procedures currently in use.
- Unity Accounting
- Estate a Base, Will Builder
- Docusign
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Legal software applications
- Teraview
