Rogers Partners LLP is looking for a professional insurance defence Law Clerk with at least 3 years of experience including Tort and Accidental Benefit matters, and certification from a recognized Law Clerk Program to join our team. To be a successful law clerk at Rogers Partners LLP you must possess the following qualities: a high level of attention to detail; keen observation skills, excellent time management; strong organizational skills; impressive communication skills; as well possess excellent judgment and make important decisions within the scope of your duties.

• File administration/management from file opening to file closing.
• Organizing file material
• Summarizing documentation
• Summarizing examination for discovery transcripts
• Medical documentation
• Analyzing and preparing liability and damage briefs
• Sourcing appropriate medical examiners for defence medical examinations
• Coordinating surveillance
• Tracking/charting undertakings
• Drafting correspondence
• Document preparation
• Track client deadlines
• Maintaining the physical and electronic filing system
• Receiving and reviewing mail and emails
