Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive law clerk to support our Personal Injury department. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-5 years’ experience supporting a litigation practice
• Post-secondary education (Legal Assistant/Law Clerk/Paralegal)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
• Experience with PrimaFact (an asset)
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook

• Opening and closing files
• Drafting correspondence and litigation support documents
• Scheduling meetings and organizing court filings
• Managing productions and undertakings
• Processing invoices
• Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
