Responsibilities * Under supervision, assists attorneys with the litigation process. * Reviews work of paralegals and clerks. * Prepares all documents related to the litigation process to include drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc. * Screens documents for privilege. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requirements * Law Degree: or currently a student at an ABA-accredited law school with at least one-year completed * Experience conducting legal research using various research tools and law library resources * Excellent communication skills; oral and written, to include legal writing skills * Strong organizational and prioritization skills * Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other common software applications, to include databases * Ability to work in a team environment, deliver the highest quality of work, and maintain a professional disposition under extreme pressure This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
