Exceptional Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Indiana Driver's License required. Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and/or Public Safety preferred. Prior law enforcement experience preferred. Ability to perform basic computer functions. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to effectively manage conflicts. Ability to effectively manage negotiations. Ability to effectively use interpersonal skills. Ability to empathize/relate with others.
