PRN position working 11:00am - 7:00 pm.
Prior ILEA Tier1 / Tier 2
or 40-hour Pre Basic with current arrest powers with a department allowing you to work and use arrest powers.

EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License required.
• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and/or Public Safety preferred.
• Prior law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively manage conflicts.
• Ability to effectively manage negotiations.
• Ability to effectively use interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize/relate with others.
