As we expand our efforts, we seek a skilled Law Firm Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and enhance our firm’s efficiency.
The Law Firm Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tenant advocacy practice. This individual will oversee administrative functions, financial management, staff coordination, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in legal office management, a strong understanding of tenant law practice needs, and a passion for social justice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in law firm operations or legal office management, preferably in plaintiff / contiguency legal services.
  • Strong knowledge of legal billing systems, case management software, and office technology.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial operations in a legal setting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to tenant rights and social justice.
