Interact with branches / offices / panel advocates with regard to the files handled by them. While posted in ARBs / Zonal Offices, these officers need to adopt the role of a Branch Head and undertake duties relating to asset recovery like meeting / interacting with borrowers, field / security visits, taking symbolic / physical possession of secured assets / support branches in these areas etc. Achieving the set goals for NPA recovery.
