Job Description :
Hours per week: Variable depending on the needs of the Faculty (minimum 4 hour shift length)

Mandatory Information Training Session (Virtual): Recording will be made available prior to shifts, but all invigilators (with or without seniority) must attend the training given new exam software.
Shifts in Summer 2025:
AM: 8:45 am to 1:00 /1:30 pm
PM: 12:45 pm to 5:30 / 6:00 pm
Shifts in Fall 2025:
Qualifications Required:
Holder of a high school diploma or higher. Comfortable with handling computerized exams. Must be student-focused and service oriented. Punctual. Demonstrated adequate communication and organizational skills, and an ability to transmit and receive information accurately. Demonstrated ability to listen and efficiently assist students with problems. Ability to follow instructions and to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to act in an acceptable manner so as not to disrupt students writing the exam. English, spoken and read. French an asset.
Hourly Salary:
(AGSEM Invigilator) $18.00
