The ideal candidate has strong CRM experience, excellent technical capabilities, and the ability to convert business processes—especially in a legal services environment—into efficient, automated workflows. About the Role: You will be responsible for designing and executing multiple pipelines and workflow sequences inside Lawcus to support the firm’s intake and client management operations. Review and refine existing workflows for efficiency and user-friendliness. Collaborate with internal teams to identify process gaps and propose automation-based solutions. Provide occasional technical support or troubleshooting within Lawcus. Qualifications: Strong experience using Lawcus CRM or similar legal CRMs (Clio, PracticePanther, MyCase). Proven ability to build pipelines, automations, conditional workflows, and email sequences. Understanding of legal workflows (estate planning, litigation, probate) is preferred. Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into CRM logic. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver complete workflow solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make (Integromat).
