This is year-round, full-time work with structured training and a clear path for growth. You’ll start with hands-on training alongside a certified pest operator who sets clear expectations around quality, safety, and customer experience. As your skills grow, so do your responsibilities and pay. Year 1 starts at 15% of job revenue and increases by 1% per year, capped at 20%. Upsell Commission: Earn 7% commission on approved upsells sold during your route. New Customer Bonuses: Additional compensation for qualified leads you generate that convert into new customers. Customer Experience Incentives: Extra pay tied to positive NPS scores and customer reviews. Bonuses: Safety bonus, retention bonus, and year-end profit sharing.
