Job Overview: As a Lawn Care Technician, you will have the freedom to work independently and travel from your home to various residential and commercial customer locations using a company-provided vehicle. Adam’s Healthy Lawn turf experts have the ability to identify, treat, and recommend treatments for weeds, diseases, and other problem areas to ensure customers have the most vibrant lawn on the block. Position Type: Full-Time/Seasonal · Hourly · Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday - Friday | Spring - Fall Route Location: Twin Cities Metro area General Tasks: * Conduct thorough inspections to assess lawn health and determine the appropriate treatment plan. * Apply weed control and fertilization treatments to prevent weed infestations, disease, and drought-related damage, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. * Communicate effectively with clients to assess lawn care needs, provide service recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
